      <image:caption>Danielle Khoury, PT, DPT Danielle graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 and has been specializing in pelvic health ever since. Danielle is passionate about getting to the root cause of your pelvic floor symptoms and sees the importance in treating the whole person. In 2022, she founded Pelvic Roots Physical Therapy to improve pelvic health access in her community and better care for her patients. She takes a unique integrative movement approach to healing from pelvic floor conditions and is particularly invested in women’s health in the perinatal period with a special interest in sacroiliac joint dysfunction and pelvic girdle pain. As an athlete herself, she is passionate about helping women safely return to exercise and the activities they love after childbirth; and as a mother, she has a heart for improving prenatal and early postpartum care. Danielle has taken advanced pelvic health courses in pregnancy, birth and postpartum conditions and is Dry Needling Certified. Danielle is a wife, mom to two young children, running and resistance-training enthusiast. When she’s not working, you will find her enjoying outdoor adventures with her family, sipping on a good cup of coffee and running down a local trail to tell more women about pelvic floor PT.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Team - Megan James, PT, DPT</image:title>
      <image:caption>Megan (she/her) graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2021. Since graduation, she has specialized in pelvic floor therapy developing a love and passion for the field and helping individuals thrive through a holistic approach to wellness. Megan sees patients of all genders and treats a wide variety of pelvic floor conditions. She has a particular passion for treating chronic pelvic pain, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, pain with intercourse, interstitial cystitis, and bowel dysfunction. She is a trauma-informed therapist who recognizes its impact on pain and quality of life. She is also a dedicated runner favoring marathons and ultramarathons. This sport helped her develop a love for helping women return to running after pregnancy. Megan is a member of the APTA section on Pelvic Health, has taken advanced training in pelvic pain and bowel dysfunction, and is certified in internal and external vaginal exams through APTA. She is certified in lumbopelvic dry needling through Intricate Arts.  Megan lives in Fayetteville, AR with her husband, Elliott, and two children. She is a former theatre kid who started her physical therapy career later in life. In her free time, you can find Megan playing board games at a local brewery, coordinating the Mustache Running Club, reading an epic fantasy novel, or volunteering at a local race in an inflatable chicken costume.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Team - Kelsey Grainger, PT, DPT</image:title>
      <image:caption>Kelsey graduated from Washington University in St Louis with her Doctorate in Physical therapy in 2021. She has always enjoyed being active and exercising, and fell in love with physical therapy as a medical specialty that uses movement as the primary method of healing. As a runner and weightlifter herself, she has always enjoyed working with athletes. Through her doctoral training she also developed a passion for women’s health after she experienced the transformational power of pelvic health therapy first hand. Since beginning her career, she has completed post-doctoral training through the APTA in pelvic health and obstetrics. Kelsey is Dry Needling certified and loves treating orthopedic injuries as well well as helping women stay active across the lifespan. When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and rescue pup. Her favorite places to be are on the lake on her paddle board, trying out a new local brewery with friends, or having a cozy night in with a good show or a nerdy board game.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Dr. Jessica graduated in 2022 with her doctorate in physical therapy. She started her career treating a wide variety of conditions in an outpatient orthopedic setting with an emphasis on endurance athletes and active older adults. She completed training through Herman &amp; Wallace in pelvic health initially to better serve her patients with back pain, sacroiliac joint pain, and hip pain, then began to see a variety of pelvic health conditions. She still enjoys treating orthopedic, neurological and pelvic floor related conditions emphasizing a root cause approach. Jessica is also trained in dry needling and other forms of manual therapy. In her spare time, she enjoys being active outdoors including trail running, horseback riding, mountain biking, and backpacking. She is an active participant in a variety of dog sports and enjoys training and competing with her Australian Shepherds.</image:caption>
